What is Science?
Science (from the Latin scientia 'knowledge') is an organized business that creates and organizes information in the form of experimental interpretations and predictions in the universe.
Early scientific discoveries can be traced to ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia about 3000 to 1200 BCE. Their contributions to mathematics, astronomy, and medicine penetrated and shaped the ancient Greek natural philosophy, in which legitimate efforts were made to explain the meaning of events in the physical world based on natural causes. After the fall of the Western Roman Empire, the knowledge of Greek worldviews declined in Western Europe during the first centuries (400 to 1000 CE) in the Middle Ages, but was preserved in the Islamic world during the Islamic Golden Age. . The discovery and capture of Greek works and Islamic questions in Western Europe from the 10th to the 13th century revived the "natural philosophy", and was later transformed by the 16th-century scientific revolution. ideas and discoveries are rooted in ancient Greek thought and culture. The scientific method soon played a major role in the creation of knowledge and it was not until the 19th century that many aspects of the institution and the work of science began to take shape; and the evolution of "nature". philosophy "goes" to natural science. "
Modern science is generally divided into three main branches which include natural sciences (e.g., biology, chemistry, and physics), which study nature in a broader sense; social sciences (e.g., economics, psychology, and sociology), which study individuals and communities; and systematic science (e.g., logic, mathematics, and computer science theory), addressing the rules governed by laws. .There are disagreements, however, as to whether official science actually constitutes science as it does not depend on operational evidence.Instructions that use scientific knowledge available for practical purposes, such as engineering and medicine, are described as applied science.
New scientific knowledge is enhanced by research from scientists who are motivated by curiosity about the earth and the desire to solve problems. Modern scientific research is highly interdependent and is often carried out by groups in educational and research institutions, government institutions, and companies. The real impact of their work has led to the emergence of scientific policies that seek to influence the science business by prioritizing the development of commercial products, weapons, health care, public infrastructure, and environmental protection.
